I am using Saunders Review book and I was wondering whether the question from the cd is enough for practice and does it cover every part for review. I am studying each chapter from the book and doing the questions from that cd, and I am not using anything except that.

The only person who can determine what is enough for you is you. The rule of thumb is to do as many questions as possible and study the rationales. The more questions you answer, the better you will be able to answer questions written differently about the major concepts. Then the more likely you will be able to answer the questions as you find them on the actual test. Somebody might know the material so well that they don't need to do questions; they learned it very, very well while in school and retain it. Others might have to spend four months and do as many as 8,000 questions from different sources. It varies.

two of my classmates only used saunders cd for review in 2 months.... one of them made it and the other didn't.
as for me, i used saunders for more than 3 months, day and night..... i chewed the rationales very well before swallowing and digesting them.... to be sure, i thought i had to use another review material to test myself coz nclex questions, i heard, did not come from just one author.... style of questions would be different... i chose exam cram..... i passed.
caliotter3 is right, it varies.
