Dianah hope you sleep better tonight

NJ22 that does sound like an interesting visit

Stars I hope you feel better

Tweety glad that you had no patients this time

Ado that is true about nursing, although I'd think being an EMT might be higher stress

Work was not bad yesterday, some potential sticky situations turned out OK. Day ended on a quiet note

After work did the laundry and some cleaning then went to Good Friday services.  A bit larger attendance than Maundy Thursday

Today will have more time, not going out with the environmental group as today's  location is more than an hour away.  Will do bird watching instead, then later some baking and lunch with dad.

Svengoolie has The Old Dark House tonight, which is pretty good

Going to get up to 60 today

Still gray and rainy, but no thunderstorms so far. 45 degrees is the high!

Have to go get Nannie up and fed, then I have to go to the pharmacy to pick up my Xanax refill. I know it will help me sleep better tonight; I've been out for 2 nights, so a good sleep will be welcome.

I'm going to bump my Paxil up from 40 to 50 mg. (I'll quarter the pills until I can get the doc to call in 10 mg. tabs). I hope it will help me feel less BLAH. I know the doc won't mind and will agree to call it in for me, as we did this once before, when I had d/c'd the extra 10 mg. as I had no need for it at the time. Don't know yet about a counseling appt.

Well, gonna get to it and do it. Wheeee ?.

WET, WET, WET!! Rumor has it that the next three days will be dry and sunny.

Got my Xanax ? so I will sleep tonight! Ahhhh!

Right now Nannie is sleeping in her recliner and hubby is up in his bed. This house is so silent right now, you can hear the water pattering and trickling outside.

I brought in the trash barrel that has been sitting in the rain for two + 1/2 days, on it's back, lid open. Oddly enough, there was no water in the barrel, just in the lid.

Have to call the car dealer and make an appt for this next week for the oil change, etc, and the "Low Tire" Light is on ....again! This is the third time it has come on and I can't tell by looking at the tires, if one is low or losing air.

It might just be a 'placebo effect' (ie my imagination), but having taken that 1/4 tab (10 mg) of Paxil 2 hours ago, I do feel a leedle-bit beddah.

Guess I will hit the Variety Puzzles, "Adult Activity Book" as it says on the front cover! No, not THAT kind of "Adult Activities'! YIKES!

Hope all are well and/or getting "weller"-----

Gray and rainy here too. And windy. The weather app says 50 but it feels like 43. I tried to go for a run, but the wind exhausting. We are leaving soon to tour a daffodil farm. And then I'll come home and do laundry.

After sis's echo we stopped for dinner. I had a wonderful blue cheese salad. Not quite a Cobb salad, but delish. Sis had a french dip. Traffic wasn't too bad. Instead of the usual hour and 20 minutes, it took us 2 hours. I got home before dark.

Yeah, I think EMT could be stressful, but I think they have a lot of camaraderie. I feel like nurses feel like they are all on their own sometimes.

I have a ton of homework reading to do, and 6 quizzes to take. My sole talent in life is taking tests.

Oh! The groundhog has come out from its Winter nap, and it is standing on its back legs, pulling buds off of low bush branches!

G'day.

My overtime shift went okay.  6:1 ratio, discharged two and got one in...at shift change so I stayed late. Was busy.  Eye roll.

Off tomorrow.  Apparently the Easter buffet at the resort is sold out so I'm glad I have reservations.  A friend of mine that works in a fancy restaurant in Sarasota said they have 550 reservations for tomorrow.

Might rain and be a tad cooler tomorrow.  My house was 86 when I got home and the air conditioner was on.  I set it for 85 when at work.   I have skinny dogs and they don't care.  Slowbro sleeps under the covers even when it's 86.
