Have anyone heard from sarasota memorial hospital about their nurse residency program that was posted on the website in early December?

Let me know how it goes! I probably too late to get interviewed at this point. Will an individual floor interview a new grad, or is it mostly just this residency program?

WannaBNursey I interviewed for the New Grad RN residency transition team. The interview was mostly behavioral type questions. It was laid back and they just wanted to get to know me.

My interview was similar to runnerchick. Just questions about myself and why I choose SMH. It was a quick interview, and not half as bad as I thought it would be.

Did they let you know when they were going to make a decision? It sounded like an intense panel interview from the website description. I wish I would have applied sooner.
