Hey everyone!

Congrats! I am still waiting to here back. I am high on the wait list, but I haven't heard anything yet.

I know this is a super old thread, but . . .

My name was on the alternate list and today I just found out that I have been accepted for the Spring 2011 semester! I am SO excited. YAY!

Yay, CONGRATS!!! :yeah:

Thank you! I am so, so, SOOOO excited. I seriously started crying when I read the email. Are you a Spring 2011 student or did you start this Fall?

I start Spring 2011!!! :D

I totally realized that you started this thread after I asked you that. Duh! I was so excited that I didn't even notice. Haha.

Hey SRJC Nursing students - I'm in for Fall 2012... wondering how many days you were required to be in class at campus and how many days you did clinicals? I'll be commuting from Benicia and any days I don't "have" to be in Santa Rosa would be awesome to know so I can plan accordingly...

What was your experience? 5 days a week 4? 3?

Thanks

Future Nursing Student at SRJC

Congrats on getting in!!Every semester is different in terms of how many days you spend at class. The first 6ish weeks of the first semester, plan to be on campus 4-5 days a week. For the remainder of the 1st semester, plan on 4 days a week, 2 in class and 2 at clinicals. Clinicals continue throughout all semesters for 2 days per week. Throughout the rest of the semesters, plan on being in class between 2-3 days a week usually. So thats 4-5 days a week. It varies per semester, but is pretty consistent throughout each semester. Hope this makes sense! Congrats again!!
