hi everyone! i wanted to start this thread so we can keep each other updated on our applications. im scheduled to take the nln-pax on tuesday. good luck to everyone!
Just curious, does anyone know anything about the program or have a friend in the program? I'm just worried because they seem to have a pretty low graduation rate (and high attrition rate) and the few comments I've found on allnurses say the program is really tough. Yeah SMC has a really high NCLEX pass rate but it seems kind of moot if a lot of people are failing out.
So luckily SMC posts the grade distribution for all of it's classes, which provides some more insight into the program. Nurs classes are on pg41 of the document, seems like A's are hard to come by.

Sucks that they don't even tell you what number or place
Did you hear back yet? I'm just curious because the deadline to have our background check & drug test cleared was the 14th... and labcorp somehow managed to screw up my drug test so I had to take a 2nd one but I didn't have it cleared on castlebranch until today. And SMC has yet to tell me if I'm ok or not... so getting kind of anxious here.

They sent an email saying that everyone who got accepted made it, that there's still no space available and wait again for the other requirements to be over
