Hello Everyone. I started this for students who have applied to Santa Monica College ADN Fall 2022 Cohort and are waiting to hear back.

Hi, I hope we get to hear back soon. Does anyone mind sharing how many points they have. I’m nervous about how many I have.

Finally a reply LOL!  I think I went in with 63 points. I had a 4.0 science GPA, I had the life experience points, I think I had 11 out of the 15 points for completed coursework. I had everything but pharmacology. I had volunteer hours...that was about it. How about you ?

LOL. That is really good!! I went in with 57 points. I had a 3.4 Science GPA, I have a degree, and completed all the coursework.  I’m a little nervous but not too nervous because I saw for this Spring cohort people got in with 72 points. So I need to at least get 20 points on the PAX exam.

Oh yea I had the degree as well. Im hoping that we both will be fine. When I first became interested in the program one of the counselors said that its good to go in with anywhere between 55 and 60 points before the exam. I'm not sure if my volunteer hours will be counted. If you want to text we can. Hi everyone! I got my invitation to take the PAX on March 1st. I didn't realize it until today because I didn't think to check my SMC email, so check that email if you haven't recieved anything! Voucher requests are due by March 20th, and we need to have taken the test by April 7th.

Just got my voucher yesterday 03/21/2022. Just to be clear, for those who received the voucher, we can not take the exam until 04/01/2022 to 04/07/2022? Sorry a little confused. Thank you

If you choose to take it before then only the first score will be counted even though you took it outside if those dates. So say for example you take tomorrow, the test you take tomorrow is the one they will count.
