Santa Fe College ASN 2012 Hopefuls :)

Hey all!

Just wondering if anyone else is applying to Santa Fe's RN program? Im completing the prereqs right now, and will be applying next semester.

Hey guys! Just in case you haven't seen yet, the Health Sciences Notification Dates website was just updated: "The anticipated mail out date for notification letters is June 8." In other words, there's a good chance that by this time next week, we'll know if we got in!!

How many points does everyone have? I have absolutely no idea where I stand and wish there was some way to gauge what the average number of points was (or at least the minimum for admission). Anyone have any additional insight on this?

Thank You for the update on the acceptance letter. I have 81 points but I am still so nervous!! It's scary because so many people apply and they only take about 140, Good Luck Everyone!!

The 8th!!!?? Wow, thats crazy. I asked yesterday and found out that 437 people applied. I ended up with 78 points, and I am so nervous about this letter. I shouldn't be, because financially right now it would be better if I didn't get in, but this is my dream! I just hope that this year is my year. Best of luck everyone!

I dont know how many points i have i just know that for the Kaplan exam i didnt get the percentage needed to get those extra 5 points for the reading portion i got an 82% so we will see im extremely nervous now. Just because most people i have seen that got in applied twice and this is my first time applying. Good luck everyone.

Dont get discouraged....I know alot of people that got in the first time. Some of them had lower points. They have the right to take some from the lower point scale to create diversity :) I also read these posts from ASN 2011 students and most of them didnt think they would get in but they did!! Keep your head up!

Well...letters should have gone out today. Acceptance and denial has already been determined, now we just wait to find out. Just a few more days, maybe those who live in town will get your letters tomorrow! Best of luck to everyone.
