Santa Fe College ASN Fall 2020 Hopefuls

Hey everyone! I'm making this discussion board for everyone applying to Santa Fe's ASN program (Gainesville, FL) for Fall 2020. This is a crazy time right now, with the school shut down because of COVID-19. Do you think we'll have our first semester of nursing school on campus, or online? List your points below as well!

I believe we will find out about 15 business days after the application deadline (tomorrow). So, probably by May 15th?

Hello All!!

I applied to the program and am now waiting on pins and needles!! I am so hopeful. Where can we find out what the cut off for points has been in the past. I don't have a large amount of points, but you never know.....

Hi Karissa! Based on past discussion boards here on allnurses.com, it looks like the cutoff for last Fall was 51 points, and the cutoff for Spring 2020 was 53 points. Hope that helps!

Who’s applying to other programs as well? If so, which schools are you applying to?

Hey Everyone!

I am in the program right now. I started in Spring 2020. Right now we are still online but we are hoping to be back on campus starting in the Fall. It is up in the air if we will be back on campus or not.

@Karissa I think it took a little over a month. I cannot find my old emails but I think that is pretty accurate.

Hopefully we will find out this week. Has anyone talked to advising recently about when they will let us know?
