I just received an acceptance email but there is no attachment. Was this the case for anyone else? IT says "The Clinical Requirements Packet is attached to this e-mail for your reference" but nothing was attached.

Attachments are usually at the very bottom of the email, if it's not there you should call Sunshine and ask her

What is follow-up titers(required) for every vaccine on immunization screening form? What does that mean? Like if you have already got your vaccine then you have to do the blood work again to show your immunity?

Yeah, schedule a doctor’s appt asap bc you need to do 2 TB tests.
