I just want to start this thread for students who are applying for the nursing program at SJDC this Spring 2018. We can share some information or ask questions while going through this process. I actually finish all my pre-requisite classes at Delta and now I will be applying with 64 points.

Do we have to print out the completed application as well as the checklist?

I don't think we would print out the completed application because it doesn't say to.

I just spoke with the nursing councelor Pam regarding the printed application. You do not have to submit that according to her just the check list and supporting docs. Have a great day everyone!

Do you think we need to include just one copy of our sealed transcripts, or do we need two? It asks for transcripts in two places so I'm confused.

No, I haven't heard anything yet! I was just thinking this morning I wish it was Nov. 7th!! I am ready to celebrate!!:)

hhaide1123, I was curious about this as well, however they will be able to check everything on the one official transcript so why would we need to send duplicate copies of the same thing, you know? One should be just fine!
