Yeah it was horrible. Selected people were able to log in to see their status just fine, while the unselected weren't able to log in and kept getting an error message.

So I just checked my status again and I'm invited!!

If you're still pending, just keep checking.

Hey everyone I just logged in this morning and my app has also changed to invited yay!! I applied with 68 points so IDK where I stand with that since it’s fall. My friend got into Spring semester at delta with 75.5 points. Where are you guys at with points?

I have a few classmates that were not able to take the TEAS and then not able to apply to Delta because the testing sites shut down due to COVID. I’m sure that happened to others and the number of over all number of applicants is down? If that’s the case, those that did get their application in should have a better chance of getting into the program ?

Yes that is true. I know some schools are starting to remotely offer the TEAS but they just started last weekend.. hopefully your friends can find one or they can open everything up before the next cycle in September. fingers crossed for them.

I agree. And it seems like Delta already seems a lower amount of applications compared to other CCs. I was looking and for Spring 2020 they only recieved 400+ applications. It seems like Fall 2020 will have less than 400 if quite a few people were unable to take the TEAS. While, Fresno recieved 1000+ this last go around.

I also think it is the significant differences in how the applications are. For example Fresno accepts 200 students and is 100% lottery with needing a minimus if 50 points to be eligible while Delta is purely academic based on first attempts at taking classes and a very small lottery portion to only choose 40 students.

All of the schools are so different like my difference in points for each school was pretty broad I was surprised as this is my first round of apps.

I was also invited yay ? So I was looking at what documents I would need to submit. I need to get one transcript from another school. When I went to order it from the National Student Clearinghouse website, it said they were only doing electronic transcripts right now. Is Delta accepting electronic transcripts from other schools for supporting documentation? I assumed everything would need to be hard copy, but that is not an option right now.

Are you sure your school is not doing hard copies cuz I was able to get some from Merced College when this all started I did not want to be delayed and it sent me hard copies it wasnt from our traditional transcript service but it was still what we needed
