Hello everybody I just thought I make a forum for those who are applying Spring 2021. Had a question on how we send our transcripts if we did all our pre-req's elsewhere

I am trying to order uniform on Dove Apparel, I noticed that orders "for classes whose clinicals start January 11, 2021, the deadline to order is November 28, 2020. This state on the packet and even on the website for Dove Apparel.

Is this a mistake or something. I want to make sure I get the uniform on time.

Regarding NSO, there should be an option to put an effective coverage date for January 11, 2021. Can you provide a screenshot of what it looks like?

There's a flu shot declination in the packet. One of the reason there is that you've already had your flu shot so you could use that instead.

Yea for me too. But on the packet it says order by Dec. 4 so I think we should be okay.

Ms_lynn, so I see what your talking about for the flu declination but on the immunization screening form do I ALSO decline on there under flu vaccine. I was going to fill out the flu declination and just provide a copy of my lab report from my hospital for the previous flu vaccine I received.

Also did anyone else NSO total come out to 25$ and not 35$?

Yes thank you, I’m trying to navigate through this packet for some reason I always feel like im missing something.

Yes I was wondering why mine kept

coming up as $25 , I am going to call today cus the packet says $35 and I need look at the declination for the flu vaccine over again. I missed the instructions the first time. I will let you know what I do. Cus I just got my flu vaccine on the 16th at Kaiser

Anyone completed CPR and was given an ecard? Wonder if we could just print this out and this is what we show during clinicals?

Have you started uploading documents? Do we still upload it even though it says Fall 2020? Or has anyone started uploading?
