San Joaquin Delta College ADN Spring 2021

#Spring2021

Published

Hello everybody I just thought I make a forum for those who are applying Spring 2021. Had a question on how we send our transcripts if we did all our pre-req's elsewhere

I got accepted into the program after being on the waitlist with 67.5.
I did accept it. I don't know what my alternate number was. Congrats to everyone who got accepted and good luck to the alternates. I have hope!

Of course.?

Hi guys,

anybody have an idea or know someone who has successfully completed the program and has landed a job as an RN at one of the local hospitals.. LOL I know we haven't even started the program, but I am curious to know what the job outlook is for graduates within the first year after graduation... please LMK if you know ?

I know this may be a silly question and personal for some people but is there anyone that has accepted their spot to the program that is still on the fence if they are going to attend Delta or have changed their mind and attending another program. I am curious if there is a good chance my friend will make it into the program. I accepted but will not be attending Delta and do not know how to decline my spot. Once I am able to contact someone regarding declining my spot my good friend will be #4 and I am curious how many spots may potentially open up. I really do not want my friend to leave California. We have all worked so hard for this opportunity and I am so happy for each and every one of us that has come this far in our journey.

Hi @Lwright3 maybe try calling or shooting an email. When are you planning to contact the office?

If I am 100% sure that I won't be attending Delta, I would call to let them know asap that I would be giving up my spot. This can open up a space for someone who must be praying to get in

I have sent emails. But no responses! I was waiting to see if I got into the fast track because I have not received any emails since I first submitted my application. Since I did not get notification I have tried to contact someone that I am am declining my spot.

You can email (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) she is a good point of contact and I suggest using your delta email & also making sure to put a title on the subject line. Every time I’ve emailed her she has replied. I’m sorry but your previous text sounds like your holding your spot thinking if you wait your friend will get it.
