Published

Is there anyone planning on applying for Spring 2012 LVN program at San Jacinto North or South?

Thank you and goodluck.

has anyone gotten an email yet about the HESI? or anything from the LVN department?

I aplied at south campus today for Spring 2012 but Im also going to apply at north campus this week just in case.

@telma09 the last day for hesi for 2012 Spring term was 10/21 and you should have recived a email the week before.

are you talking about north or south? i applied to north and i know their app deadline doesnt close till the 31st...

oh no Im talking about south. Its crazy how the same school can have 2 campuses with totally different requirements. At south we had to take the Hesi before we could apply and have all of your shots. Do you know if I can use my Hesi scores from south to apply at north?

Oh ok scared me lol.. and yeah it is different. When i applied at North they gave me slip of paper that had the day when i was going to take the HESI wich is NOV the 8th, and they said they would email me with details but they havent and thats what i was wondering about.

Yeah im pretty sure they will let you use them.. the process is a little different at North. first they look at your transcripts and other things and then they give you the application.

I took the HESI at north today! :D Anyone else take it yet?

yeah i took it on tuesday... how dd u do?

I got a 96. How did you do? Do you know how long it will take to get the email if you got in or not???? I'm so excited.:yeah:

Oh and telma I see you're a CNA already. How do you like that? I was thinking about doing that first if I don't get in this semester.

ohh same here! (: i thought it was fairly easy lol

Im not sure when they give out the accept/reject letter though.. i hope soon!

& its alot of work but i like it... it depends on where you work. Overall i enjoy being a CNA :nurse:

I thought it was really easy too. I was really nervous and then when I was done I was like wow that wasn't hard at all! I wonder how hard the HESI will be for the ADN degree. I plan on transitioning into the RN program after working for a while.
