San jacinto college central adn program spring 2016

Published

Is anyone applying to San jac centrals adn program for the spring of 2016? Just curious about the minimum gpas normally accepted as well as hesi scores.

Is the GPA scoring only of the prerequisites or all college courses?

You would reply based on your individual circumstances. So if you have been arrested then you would check yes. Further, if you have anything on your record even if it was expunged or as a juvenile your best bet to to submit a declaratory order to BON.

So if you haven't then you don't do anything on that page or do you type no after each question? That's what I mean because I don't see any check boxes

Orientation is December 15

Finally today is the day .....been waiting for two months this has been horrible ..just tell us already ...I wonder if there is still alot of applicants waiting?

I just got my titers for MMR, Varicella, and Hep.B. Do you'll know if we'll need the dtap one too?

I know a few applicants still waiting. I wish you all the best of luck and I hope to meet you at Orientation :)

Ultimately, nursing schools usually wait until deadline to review ALL applicants and decided on the most competitive individuals for the program. Albeit, this program had an extended deadline of 11/18 yet sent out acceptance notices prior to reviewing all prospective applicants--that is a bit unusual to say the least. But, if a competitive application was submitted then more than likely those still awaiting a response will be accepted because NCLEX pass rates are what determine the program's ability to continue offering an nursing program. I am sure administration is working hard to provide the rest of the cohort notice of acceptance.

I just heard of someone who applied after the first deadline and was accepted last week. I applied after the deadline too and I haven't heard anything.

Has anyone heard students getting acceptance or denial letters today?

I sent out an email inquiring about it. Hope I don't receive the same response "be patient." The wait is torture ;-/

I called and I pretty much got that response. I really needed to know because I signed up for respiratory care as back up plan and got accepted. I have to let them know my answer by tomorrow. I turned in my nursing application way back in August. All she said was that if we haven't gotten an email we're still in the running and it's a process so please be patient.

I just called and they told me that if I haven't received a rejection letter I should keep waiting because they are still reviewing applications.
