San jacinto college adn fall 2010

Hi everyone. Im wondering if any of you are planning on applying to San Jac ADN program or are in the program? Also, when applying will you be using option A, B or both? Lets talk about it here. :redbeathe

i'm almost positive that they have to be predominately white with no major brand markings. Not sure how strict they are on that but I didn't want to take a chance. I paid 65 or somewhere around that. Shoes are really the only item i can justify spending a good amount and making sure I can get a quality product.

I like them...and SanJac is very strict on dress code...that's what I've heard!!! I'm gonna order me some.....

I never received the list, but I did get the basics that I know are on it:

TB Skin test

MMR - I got a titer for this, still immune

Varicella - titer since I had chickenpox already, confirmed to be immune

Tetorifice - had to get since I never had it before

Hep-B - got my first shot in May, 2nd one in mid-July

I think Hep-A is on the list, so I may get that when I get my 2nd Hep-B.

yes hep a is on the list which i have never had i'm just gonna wait until i know for sure and go get my physical stuff done

This is the list of immunizations I got at the information session I went to (the sheet is dated 9/1/09)

-TB Skin Test (annually)

-MMR 1 & 2 OR the titer

-Varicella 1, 2, AND the titer

(with disease & titer dates)

-Tetorifice-diphtheria (within 10 years)

-A Physical Exam including specific lab analysis

-Hepatitis A 1, 2 AND the titer

-Hepatitis B 1, 2, 3 AND the titer

"You must have a Hep B and Hep A series completed along with titers for both. Or you have the option of getting the Twinrix, which is a combo of Hep B and Hep A along with titer.

I just received my confirmation email a little over an hour ago. Hopefully acceptance letters will be coming soon.

I had them done all at once. I didn't have a sheet to take, so I just looked at the info sheet for the LVN program, and the immunization list is almost identical except for Hep-A. I still need to get Hep-A, as I wasn't sure if I wanted to take both Hep-B and A at the same time.
