Published

Hi everyone,

I opened this thread to see what is everyone doing to prepare for their applications.

I currently have 23 points based on the rubric from SanJac and will submit my application for the Spring 2020.

All sections and subsections On the hesi have to be a 75 or above apply to the program. I took my hesi twice bc my grammar was less than a 75 and the 2nd time I passed it. Retake the hesi and reapply. Bc we have just about the same application scores and I got accepted!

Thanks you I will I just had try, but your right. I will apply for the fall!

Blanca, dont give up hope. praying for you!

have you tried applying to WGU?? they have start dates almost every month.

Just work with ur cna and save up money till then, I work as a cna as well and I love it!

I had taken the hesi 4 times and I keep scoring lower than 73 that's the only subject I can't past I try to study different ways, English is my second language and for some reason it's confusing for me

I'm already working at Children's Memorial. ?

Dont stress. I failed twice and it wasn't until the 4th try I got the score that I wanted. Just keep trying if that is that is truly your calling.

have you tried the hesi practice book? it is really helpful and the closest to the actual exam. Also if you haven't already, log into Elsevier, click student access, then click the small + sign next to the admission assessment report, it should give you the option to review your results and go over things you missed in detail. You can also make a study packet. It helped me a lot when I took mine the second time.

Thanks for the help! And I won't lie I still have faith till I see a rejection letter I'm in the line guy's! Pray for me!

Did anyone else get a second finger print email?

I just got mine. This is my first one tho. I don’t know if is for central or north yet. Am on the waiting list for north. So I guess is for north campus.

A second? What did it say? I got one and already fingerprinted. Curious.
