So I'm creating this post for all applicant to the San Jacinto nursing program for fall of 2014! I'm so excited to begin this journey after a lot of thought of whether i should do LVN or ADN and i have finally made my mind up. Good luck to you all! Do you mind sharing where you are in the process. Only been back in Houston for 2 months and have made my check list of what i need to complete before 05/01/14.:)
I was just talking to my friend and she's in the program and she still doesn't have her clinical site posted and they start classes again on June 2 so they are so far behind. So I will be surprised if we know by next week I'm about to just give up and say we're not going to know anytime soon.
I heard some students were so mad about the grading system that they were gonna sue San Jac and cuz of that they lowered their hesi exit score and everything making it easier.
@jessiemilton00 No I'm just doing the ADN program. No transition. This waiting around is ridiculous. They're making it harder on us when it really does not need to be. I asked her if she could guess a date when we'll know and she said she had no idea. So annoying. When do the LVN students have to give the LVN department an answer?
We already had to pick up our packets now just waiting for when we turn in our packets and do oreatiation. So right now we are just to do our packet stuff.
I want to write my name and start but then iam like what if i get into the rn i can just giv the application back for someone who might be on the lvn waiting list only if the RN dept knew that :/
I have told them that and all I was told was to tell the lvn program that I'm still waiting to hear from the RN program. I'm not doing that I'm not about to screw my self over because they can't get it together

I did mine from student check the one that was said to go to from the RN packet.
