San Jacinto ADN Fall 2014 Applicants

So I'm creating this post for all applicant to the San Jacinto nursing program for fall of 2014! I'm so excited to begin this journey after a lot of thought of whether i should do LVN or ADN and i have finally made my mind up. Good luck to you all! Do you mind sharing where you are in the process. Only been back in Houston for 2 months and have made my check list of what i need to complete before 05/01/14.:)

1. Hesi A2

2.Order Transcripts

3.Drug Screening

4.Background

5. Classes (Biol 2402, Biol 2420, Biol 2401)

6.Flu Shot saving for last

yep and dont forget passport photos!

I submitted my titers with my application. I am doing my physical and passport photos this week!

Make sure y'all ask what the turn around for lab work is. The physical requires some blood work so don't take too long.

good point. When I did mine they said it would take a week to get results for one of the blood test but they called me 2 days later saying it was done...guess it depends on how busy they are. I did my photo at Walgreens it didn't take but 5 minutes.

ya my results for vdrl and all came really quick too :) .... i have all my papers ready just need orientation to come up fast!!

I see different times on the acceptance letter and on the info packet. One says 8 am -12 and the other says 8:30-4 I think.
