Hello i wanted to start this thread for those spring 2018 nursing students.

Currently i have applied now i'm waiting for an answer. Anyone else out here applied to the LVN program?

Yes but as an alternate when will they let us know if people didn't accept or if we are picked as alternates

From what i know it can be any day before the program. Start say for instance the program start on a Monday they call you Friday and be like hey can you come to nursing school on Monday lol...thats how i understood it when it was explained to me

So basically as an alternate they are going to send an additional email then that's when would do the background check?

You got to work on that now because some clinical sites wont let students start without a back ground check already in place

i didn't i called this morning and spoke to Cheryl Howard she gave me all the answers i needed for now.
