San Jac ADN fall 2018

With the deadline for the fall semester quickly approaching, I wanted to go ahead and create a forum. I am freaking out, I'm sure like many others about my acceptance!

I wanted to post my stats:

AP 1: B

AP 2: B

enlish: B

Micro: In progress

hesi: 90% overall

san jac gpa: 3.41

but I do have other transcripts to calculate in

I'm not 100% of my rubric score because of the gpa calculations and my micro grade.

Yes, a friend who is a nurse practitioner told me they do the form. After I had suffered from one physician assistant called Krystal in Spring Branch Community Health Center. I am a very quiet human being, I collected the form today unsigned and boldly written "No result is available on the color Acuity Test. I will go meet the nurse to fill the paper for me. Some people can be so wicked.

so the clinic does not do the vision component :/ can i have them do the physical and the vision somewhere else? thanks

I just submitted my physical form without one of the vision test. Then I submitted the vision test separately. I don't know if CastleBranch will accept it.

Good to hear that. I was so worried today that I went to a private clinic near my house in Sugarland to do another one and they requested I pay $450. I just went and submitted it like that.

I will bring the items listed like the passport photo, copy of health insurance card, ssn, and id... but i just tried the identogo and still I am not yet eligible to schedule an appointment. I haven't received a notification from either Identogo or BON.

You are not alone. The school told me not to worry. We go to orientation and see what is next.
