San Francisco State University (SFSU) Accelerated BSN (BSN A) Spring 2024

Hi everyone! Wanted to start a thread for the Spring 2024 applicants for SFSU's Accelerated BSN Program ? Would love to connect with other students who are also planning on applying starting August 1st!

Congrats to everyone who was accepted! I got waitlisted. My spot is pretty rough (higher than 10) but I'm trying to remain hopeful. If anyone gets off the waitlist do you mind sharing what spot number you were so that others on the waitlist can know if their time is coming? ?

Stats: 84.4% TEAS, 3.83 Prerequisite GPA. CNA License, volunteer experience.

Sorry to hear that you got rejected, that's never something you want to hear. Your stats aren't why you didn't get in. I'd recommend getting an entry level job in healthcare such as an EMT or CNA or getting some volunteer experience to improve your application and give you something relevant and personal to talk about in the personal statement questions.

Hi. I had a 4.0 pre-reqs, 84 TEAS, 4 years experience, and I focused a lot on my personal statement. I had two RNs and three other ppl revise my statement before I finalized it.

Congrats to everyone that got accepted! I'm on the waitlist ? and was wondering when you guys have to accept or decline the admissions offer so I can figure out when to stop the wishful thinking haha thanks!

I just got off and I was #8 so you def have a shot! Those that got off the waitlist have until November 20th to accept it so I think the next batch would come out November 21st, Crossing my fingers for you ?
