San Francisco State University (SFSU) Accelerated BSN (BSN A) Spring 2024

Hi everyone! Wanted to start a thread for the Spring 2024 applicants for SFSU's Accelerated BSN Program ? Would love to connect with other students who are also planning on applying starting August 1st!

How do they choose who they accept into the program? Is it more of a holistic approach or is it merit based like some other programs?

No, I applied to the ABSN program. In and out in 15 months is a pretty good deal and you can only apply to one program at a time

Does anyone know when we should expect to hear back regarding acceptance?

It looks like they extended the application deadline to September 5th. Not sure if thats good or bad LOL

I emailed them and they said we should hear back around November or December. 
 

I didn't know that they extended the deadline!

I would assume that it would start around the same time as the rest of the classes. You could probably find the academic calendar on SFSU's website.
