The famed San Francisco Paramedic Association filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and is no longer offering American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, and BLS courses in the SF Bay Area. They were in business for over 20 years and provided high quality training courses and will be missed. Safety Training Seminars, which has 9 offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, purchased a lot of their equipment and hired many of their AHA instructors. They offer ACLS renewal and PALS certification classes by the American Heart Association.
