San Francisco Nursing Program or Cal State East Bay Program??!?!!?

I got into both san francisco states BSN program and also Cal State East Bay Program. I was wondering if anyone knew the positives and negatives of either or both of the programs. I dont know one person from either..Any help would be much appreciated!!!!!
