I have a BSN and 8 years transplant and med-surg experience. I'll be moving to San Diego, California after the holidays and was wondering if anyone had input on the hospitals, working conditions, pay and unions? Any information would be appreciated. I've been doing my research but nothing beats an insiders experience.
