Hi I am graduating an adn program this December and from looking online it seems there is no chance to get a job without a bsn. I was just wondering if anyone has been able to get a job in San Diego as a new grad just being enrolled in a BSN program. Thank you

Curious what you saw online that leads you to believe there is "no chance" of getting a job without a BSN in San Diego? Did you go to school in San Diego?

Speaking from personal experience...it's not impossible, but a lot of places do want/prefer BSNs. All of the ADNs I knew who were able to get hired at the big hospitals were either internal applicants or had previous experience. Since you're a new grad, you don't have the previous experience to fall back on, so you may have a tougher battle.
Where are you looking at applying? What specialties interest you?

as a new grad it's mid $40's and yes, the likelihood of getting a job without a BSN is slim.
