San Diego City College ADN Nursing 2021

Hi ,

 I’m getting ready to put my application together ? Anyone else is applying ? 

It was under not started, but once I received the email I checked the application again, and there was  a title saying accept the offer or decline, I clicked on accept and the application changed,  I am not sure how their system is working but probably they have started all applications but the applicants can not see it

Where did you see that ? I checked the application again, and there was  a title saying accept the offer or decline.

 

I just clicked and my status still is “Not Started “

Same. My transcript evaluation also still says PROCESS.

That's interesting. My transcript eval request even still says PROCESS ?

Hi everyone! I just got my acceptance letter to sdcc. I'm in a pickle because I literally got off the southwestern waitlist on Friday. I'm from Sacramento so that only gives me a month to find a place and prepare. So I'm thinking of going to sdcc instead. I see a lot of people here that are choosing to go to southwestern instead though. Is Southwestern a better school or is it just because it starts earlier than Sdcc?

Hey I heard that some people prefer the other because of the ADN to BSN programs they are affiliated with. Others because of where they live. SDCC however is one of the top nursing schools in Cali I think the top 8? (correct me if im wrong LOL) Some people also just prefer whichever school they get accepted to first. Also if you read deep deep into SDCC posts, there was one person I read who said do not go to SDCC because it's horrible, but that was a while back I think. So I guess it really depends. 

Also if you don't mind me asking, how many points do you think you had on your application? I'm trying to figure out if they are going in any particular order because my anxiety is through the roof.

So, I am trying to log into jirad to see my application status and it says that I have not summitted any applications. I am freaking out!! has this happened to anyone else??? I hope my application did not get deleted.

I’m applying from Vegas LOL my friend graduated from here and she said the program was very tough , but it’s worth it. I guess one of the hardest programs in Cali but all nursing schools are hard.  San Diego starts next Spring and that gives you time to get prepared.

I've had an application cancelled before and it'll say CANCELED I've never had it just disappear on me. I would honestly freak out too. Maybe play around with the site and look under the filters that says any status or closed requests and maybe you will find it there.

OMG !! Did you delete it by accident ? Maybe ? Wow

@talkingtothemoon I think I had 75/77 points. Thank you for your response! I hope you hear back from them soon! Also I did get my email from San Diego nursing
