Hi Everyone,

The application for SD City College ADN is soon to end!

I kinda wanted to create a topic for SD City College Fall 2018 applicants. If you can, please share your possible points. I am looking into getting 85-87 points. Do I have a chance of getting in?

It NRSE 092 a required class? I remember someone saying that it is not a requirement but it is highly recommended.

I believe it is required... It says in bold "The first day of class is mandatory." And I received the add code for the first session!

Afer I read the whole student handbook I realized it didn't say anything about the 092 class being mandatory. It isn't a requirement to graduate either. That being said, it is possible they woudn't let you have the add codes for the Nursing Program courses if you dont take the class

How do you know if youre placed in the 1st vs 2nd session? I got an email saying it starts 4/2?

Most likely you are placed by your last name, I was placed in the first one because mine starts with C. There was no issue with the add code.

Me!!! I getting "Major Restriction" I emailed nursing counselor.

Ok. Good I'm not going crazy. And then after that it doesn't let you add anything once you click on "major restrictions"

So if you are in the lvn transition course it's an eight week course with only one session

I've been going crazy all week because of it!! And now I'm glad I'm not alone! Lol

I just signed up for the course with no problems, I was assigned to the first session but I'm not an lvn student. I think it is by last names, but did you guys get everything worked out??
