HI! I just wanted to start a thread to see if anyone also applied to SMU for 2024 Fall. I haven't seen a thread on it yet

I saw in a past forum that the way SMU system works is it takes 48 hours to roll out decisions

Hahha I love how you're so invested! Is it 48 hours after the first admission decision? So basically on Friday they'll be done with sending out acceptances?

Yes dec 1st was the first deadline. Then January 15, then January 22/23 and IDK after that 😂. Found out I actually sent out my application January 11

I think they sent out the result to everyone because I applied in Jan of this year, on the last of the application.

That will be pretty sad if they are done sending out admissions. But someone called the office and they said they are still sending some so idkkkk

Sorry small update again. My friend who got into the ABSN program said she didn't get her email till a month and a half prior to the start date! So I feel like we can keep our hopes up?

But that's for the ABSN. That's a Summer program anyways. I hope it doesn't apply the same for BSN

when the person called did they ask when declined or waitlisted admissions are coming out

I just called the office the lady said they are still waiting on more acceptance letters from faulty. Denial/waitlist will all be sent the same time as the acceptance letters. So they said it's still a delay but there's more to come! They only sent out a "few" the lady said.

same just talked to a lady and they said they havent recieved all the admissions from the faculty.

People that have been already accepeted do u mind providing your stats?Like GPA and science GPA and if you had clincial experience
