HI! I just wanted to start a thread to see if anyone also applied to SMU for 2024 Fall. I haven't seen a thread on it yet

I submitted my application last minute. I was on the waitlist for the previous cohort and didn't get in so she told me to submit the application within 5 days from the deadline. If you don't get into this cohort I would highly suggest reapplying. I did a MAP with EKG program in the meantime since we don'd do venipuncture at SMU on each other. Might as well get a head start with that. 

Oh okay if I don't get in my backup plan was to get my bachelors somewhere else and come back to SMU for their ABSN or ELMSN

I was low keying thinking this too... but is ABSN or ELMSN pretty impacted?

I just spoke with admissions and they said that the acceptances are still gonna be coming out for a bit. She didn't say how long but she said these first letters are pretty much from the acceptances for people who applied last year. She guranteed there are more to come.

Wondering if applied last year if admissions are still possible? Either way thank you for checking and giving some good news
