Samuel Merritt University ELMSN FNP/CM - 2025

Hello everyone! I wanted to start a forum for those applying to the ELMSN FNP or CM program at Samuel Merritt for 2025!  I am currently applying to the ELMSN FNP in Sacramento which should be starting in January 2025. If anyone is also applying (either location) for the beginning of 2025 please reply and share any thoughts and questions! 🙂

I heard from an advisor decisions would be late September or early October. They did not clarify if that was for interviews or acceptance/rejections.

I also applied to FNP route at their Sac campus! I had no idea about the nursing success seminars until I was just reading this thread so hopefully thats no biggie although im sure the info they share helps. I've been antsy waiting emails and to start interviews. Thats what I am most nervous for.

how was the interview process especially for FNP being a group interview? and are the questions similar or the same to the hints they have posted to their website?

So I was looking back at my notes that I took during the interview last year and I was told admission decisions would be given out in mid October. So you should be hearing back soon for interviews. I didn't interview last year until 9/28.

I was just recently in an information session. They said that they will be sending out emails soon but they said it very generally "within the next few weeks"....

I think the Spring cohort has started interviewing.
