Hello everyone! I wanted to start a forum for those applying to the ELMSN FNP or CM program at Samuel Merritt for 2025!  I am currently applying to the ELMSN FNP in Sacramento which should be starting in January 2025. If anyone is also applying (either location) for the beginning of 2025 please reply and share any thoughts and questions! 🙂

Do you think they're still doing more rounds for interviews? My friend still hasn't received anything but I'm hoping she can at least get an interview.

Hi, I'm not sure if they're still interviewing. I would have her reach out to an admission counselor and see if they can update her in anyway.

Did anyone hear back for the FNP program yet?

No I haven't heard, but they did say end of this week to early next week. So I mostly think we're gonna hear by Monday

Does anyone know the start date if admitted ?

January 6

Does anyone know of any students currently in the FNP program? I'm curious if anyone has been able to work while going to school

Specializes in CNA MPH.

Yea, I'm wondering the same.

That debt is crazy. 200k for FNP, 100K for ABSN. It would be nice to be able to work and do school at the same time, for sure.

Although I've heard of most people not working while in either program...
