I just found out from Nursing CAS that they are still verifying my transcripts and it might take up to 4-6 weeks! Ugh! What can I do now?

That's pretty long but don't worry, everything will work out. I think as long as you submitted your application before the deadline they can't hold it against you and it shouldn't affect your application status.

I don't think I'd worry too much about it. There's an academic update period for the NursingCAS application that is about to open, so many applicants will be sending updated transcripts from the fall 2015 semester. They will have to wait for all those grades to come in and be verified before making decisions, so I'd guess you are totally fine :)

NoI have not received anything! I received a general email from SMU saying that they received my application on nursingcas. but that is it!

My guess, and it's only a guess, is that phone calls will happen in waves as they fill up interview slots. After interview slots are filled up, then rejection letters will be sent. Just a guess though!

I wonder when they will start making the calls for the interviews? Do we know if there are set interview dates, I haven't checked the website or anything? The waiting is the worst part! I just wish they could send me in or not in as soon as they know! lol even a text!

There's another forum for SMU's ELMSN-FNP for the Oakland campus that I've been following on allnurses. There seems to be two forums and two people commented on that forum saying they received phone calls for interviews earlier this week. So I believe the first wave of interview invitations have been sent out and will continue so I guess the waiting game continues!

I emailed about an update, and in return i was told to call as they are in the middle of scheduling interviews.I have my interview on 2/16!!

i emailed asking for an update on my application. I received an email back saying to call a number since the lady was in the middle of scheduling interviews. So i called and got my interview! :)
