Hi guys, it looks like no one has started a forum thread for Samuel Merritt Universities 2025 start date yet so I thought I'd start one.

Did anyone get outright rejected by the program? Or do they just not tell us anything if you don't get invited to interview? This is my first time applying to CRNA school so just curious how it typically works.

Did you apply to UC Davis too? I did as well. I think they sent that same email to people who applied earlier on too, because I got that same email that said they had an overwhelming number of applicants and I applied in October. But, my email said we'd be notified by Dec 15th and in the later emails I think they said like end of Dec or something. So, I believe they probably have hundreds of applicants to go through. 

I did not get a rejection. Typically schools don't send rejections till way later in case people withdraw to go to another program.

I am super confused about how many invites have been potentially sent out? Does anyone know how many people they are interviewing.

When I emailed them they said they have started sending interview invites and will until 60 people accept

I received an invite last week, but when checking time slots for interviews again- not all slots have been filled. Good luck for anyone still waiting to hear back.

My co worker got an invite and she applied the last day the app was open so as long as you applied while the application was open you get an equal opportunity for consideration!

Hopefully by the end of next week they'll send out the other invites to fill the empty interview spots to get to 60! I imagine there's probably an extra 5-10 slots or so with it being so late in the game!

Unfortunately I only know of the people on here that have denied their interview spots and my coworker also denied hers so only 3 or 4 for certain? LOL
