I emailed the admin person this morning for a rough estimate of when we would hear back and I haven't heard back yet.

Not yet! I have a friend in the program who said she heard back 2 weeks after her interview last year. The program director calls you (with a call back number if you miss it) and then sends a follow-up email! 🙂
