I was just wondering if anyone's applying to SMU's ELMSN - Case Management for Spring 2019?

I took my HESI today and I can finally complete my application. Hopefully I have enough time to get everything in by the July 1 deadline.

I've been stalking this and the ABSN thread as well, finally created an account to comment! Please post as soon as anybody hears back :) I also believe they are rolling admissions.

Does anyone know about early acceptance emails?

I kind of remember seeing it on another thread/instagram post that some have gotten early acceptance in the past?

Oh no!!! That is torture.

But thanks for letting me know.

Looks like some people got them in the morning and some people got them at night for the spring 2018 cohort...mostly seems like it was over october 11-12 for the ABSN when people got them but people were posting whether or not they got in after those dates so it may just be that they were late posting on the board. Hopefully that's the case.

The top 3 people on the waitilst from the prior cohort were offered spots in this cohort for the ABSN i believe...not sure about the ELMSN.

I did see those comments!

I remember a previous cohort some people gettin in shortly after their interview but it also seems they had more people interview this year? Does anyone know how many?

So many questions!! Haha

I'm now even wondering if some people have gotten in who don't use this site aaaaah

In the past it seems that ELMSN candidates found out about 3-4 days after the last interview and then ABSN candidates found out about 4 days or so after that from what a few people have found based on past threads. I have no idea on how many interviewed but I know someone was told that they had more interviews than usual.

When I did my interview they said that they had 8 sections of interviews with 8-12 people per interview section. They said because if the large number they probably will take longer to get back to us, but I hope it's this week!!

I hope so too! Lots of interviews for only few spots I wish they'd increase class size so we could all get in :p

Goodmorning guys!

I got a welcome email from the school's IT dept giving me access (email, etc)

I don't want to assume anything , but does that mean I'm in? I just got it a few minutes ago

I tried calling admissions counselor but she's out starting today

Hi! I received the same thing and freaked out, but then wondered if everyone received it? I am not sure why they would send this out before acceptance letters, I think they are just wanting to give everyone a heart attack!! Ahh!

Okay let's wait for the other ELMSN applicants to see if they all got it as well.

I will check my po box to see if there's any letters from the school
