Hey all,

Let's watch this Samuel Merritt University application process together!

Notes: the app went live August 15 2022, the deadline to submit is October 15, 2022. This is the second year of Samuel Merritt doing doctorate CRNA rather than masters, and last year it looks like the app opening/closing deadline was different than what it is this year.

I'm sorry, no offense, but I just called the university to see if they have made all decisions, and this is what I got...  I wanted to speak with a person from the school of nursing admission, but she's just one of the reps there. 

"We do not call anybody or post online to let them know they are selected. If the faculty said this week, you should wait, and you will receive an email."

That's interesting.. in the past they have called previous applicants when they have gotten an acceptance.

Hi, 
I'm from the class of 2025 - we got phone calls from administrators of the program. You will get an email from them as well, but the phone call comes first from the ADNP program - the school of nursing admission rep probably doesn't know about that. Good luck to the rest of you waiting, looking forward to meeting those accepted!

Last year, the calls were not only on one day, so don't lose hope just yet? I can't imagine the stress of knowing ppl were hearing - I was on vacation when I got the call, so I was in blissful ignorance that people were finding out...and I don't think they were all within one time frame. I got my voicemail around 1pm, and one of my classmates got a call at the end of the day.

Thank you for letting me know.. this school is my number one school. I am hoping they are still making calls.
