A thread for those who applied for Spring 2025  

I was under the impression that we would hear back around Sept. 8th based on last year's admissions on another thread, so I was surprised to hear that the SM counselor said it could take until October!

Oh wow! That would be amazing! The counselor did say she felt it was more near the end of September but can be pushed to October. I've had three friends who went through Samuel Merritt. Two with the ABSN and one with the BSN. The BSN said it took about 10 weeks, while the ABSNs told me it took almost three months for acceptances. Either way I pray it's sooner than later. Keep us posted should you hear anything.

I figured it couldn't hurt for me to email my counselor. She said it takes 2 to 3 months after the close of the application process. So she anticipates no sooner than mid September and as late as mid October. Just so we know our timeframe a little bit better.

I only received a email stating they completed the preliminary review will move to application process..

I spoke with a counselor about 2 weeks ago and she said to anticipate an update on status mid Sept to mid Oct. I've had three friends in this same program and they all heard back about first to second week of October. She did note that we should start checking our emails regularly starting this month. Hope that helps.

how did you sign up to the portal? Which email and password did you use?

I believe this portal is for admitted students only
