Hi ya'll, starting a discussion for those who applied to Summer 2025 cohort at SMU! I'm curious to know if anyone has gotten any emails/updates? I personally applied to the Oakland campus. Goodluck everyone! : ).

It doesnt show either pending or welcome for me but I have access to my samuel merritt email through okta? I'm doing the orientation right now but I guess I have to wait until the official email

If I remember correctly after I created an account for the admitted student portal it took a day or two before my application appeared in the system. I'm assuming since you've already gotten an email from Okta and have access to your SMU email that it's only a matter or time before you see the admitted status in the portal.
