hey everyone, I just completed my modules and on the email it asks us to upload it to InPlace? does anyone know what or where that is? thank you!

I called the school and asked about Inplace and they told me that we will setup our Inplace accounts during orientation. So bring your laptop for orientation. For now you just need to download the certification of completion to your computer so you can upload it come orientation.

It's in SMU total access under the academic support tab. The icon is of a blue person. The login will be the same user name & pw that you used to get into total access

Hey everyone, I was wondering what we’re supposed to wear for orientation? I didn’t go to the mingle thing and I’m not sure if that was mentioned. Also, will you guys bring your back packs to orientation? I’m assuming yes since we’re gonna need our laptops and all that. Thank you!

We’re supposed to dress business casual when we are at school. Shawn I covered that during both webinars. Yes we’re going to need our backpacks or at least I am going to bring mine because we are going to have to take notes and use our laptops.

Never heard of the business casual thing, but I’m just going to wear my regular daily clothes, and yes I will be bringing a back pack.

You will find out during school why for this rotation we don’t wear scrubs. It has something to do with our privacy I guess.

Hey everyone, I haven't yet applied but I can't PM anyone due to lack of posts but I have a question as I'd like to apply to this program in the future.

1). For those of you that got in, are there other classmates in your cohort that can't speak a foreign language? I currently can only speak english, and should I go through all the trouble to apply here if that seems to be a must have?

2) I have a 3.85 final 60 units, and almost a 4.0 in science pre reqs, but I don't really have any nursing experience, Just experience working with patients in physical therapy. If anyone can let me know the dynamic of your cohort/ where I might stack up. feel free to PM me or reply to this. Congrats to all that got in :).
