I've been looking all over for a thread about SM ELMSN Fall 2012 but have not found any!! So I guess I'll be the first to post something about it. Since application deadline is today, any hopefuls like to share their application experiences, stats, goals, anything related to nursing school? Now that apps are completed, the waiting begins...sooooo exciteddd!!! :nurse: I applied to the FNP track, crossing my fingers :uhoh3:

people who are accepted for ELMSN -CM program , can they plz provide their stats , so i can compare mine?

Hi Sweetrose, stay positive im sure you'll get your acceptance call soon. To be honest, merit and grades dont matter once you have your interview. I have friends in both the sac and oak campus and both told me admits are 100% based on the interview. Best,One

Hey mochikat - I got my waitlist email yesterday afternoon - again. I was wait listed for the Sac program too. Don't want to burst any bubbles but if you are wait listed below #5, I would not hold my breath. USF, here I come! Good luck everyone!

Lol thanks Kand, I figured not to be too hopeful. While I was a bit bummed out when I found out, I came home and had mixed feelings of disappointment AND relief. Taking out a 100K+ loan would have been a little hard to swallow and if I had gotten in, I would have felt obligated to attend instead of applying to other schools once I have finished this one last prereq, which also meant leaving my better half in socal while he is working on his program. (I only applied to 2 schools this time)

What waitlist number are you? And I'm wondering if I should have them send my application to the Sac campus.

Will they send your entire app over to sac on your behalf? How do you go about requesting this? Thanks so much!

Hey don't worry too much if you haven't heard back yet. I still have my interview for the ELMSN-CM program this Friday! I believe when I was being scheduled for it she said that this will be the last interview date.

If anyone can give me any tips or feedback on their CM interview, I would greatly appreciate it! :D

I'm sooo nervous! Can't wait for it to end!!

Yes - definitely have them send it to Sac, saves you the $50 app fee! I was #11 this time! In Sac I was #5 and they did not get to me. I'm actually a little insulted... :-) Anyway, there are some really good schools in SoCal, probably a few more than here I would think. Good luck

Thanks so much kandd99! As a side note, would you happen to know if the interview process is the same? Did they do a different type of interview with you since it was your second time? Also, would you happen to know when the sac application cycle begins and ends? Sorry so many questions :)Christine
