I found this website while desperately trying to figure out when I would hear back from SMU! This wait is horrible and I’ve started dreaming about getting that interview email. Ha! I haven’t seen any specific thread for this program, so hoping maybe there’s someone out there feeling the same as me?
It seems like the application date moved from Nov 1 previous years to Dec 1 this year, so maybe we won’t hear until end of this month? Fingers crossed...?

In regards to the written portion, my interviewer mentioned that the personal statement will be used in lieu of the written assignment. Hope this helps!
@yoajbm I did my interview today at 3PM and she still sent me the writing portion. I’m a little bit confused on how they determine who gets to write the essay or not. I think I did well but now I’m starting to overthink. My interviewer was Janet and she was super nice!

I had Janet too. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Hopefully, we’ll here by the next of this week. I know the last cohort didn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks like she said ??

I had Lisa and she was a bit tough but like @Bunnymummy said we shouldn’t worry too much about it. We all tried our very best and now all we can do is wait ?
I did my interview today at 1:00 pm and had Lisa. She was really nice. I spent the first half of the interview answering questions and the second half for Q/A. The call lasted around 58 minutes. She went in-depth with the curriculum and explained CM really well. She didn't mention anything about the writing portion but just said they will notify us in 2 weeks. Like all interviews, I would prepare by having an elevator speech ready. Hope this helps!

Hi there! I interviewed with Dr. Kate, and that's what she mentioned to me. Everyone seems to be having different responses so I guess we have to just wait on the people who interview today. I wouldn't worry too much about it!
