Samuel Merritt BSN Spring 2022

Updated:   Published

Hi everyone!

I haven't seen anyone post about SMU's BSN program for Spring 2022 in Oakland. Is anyone applying? This is my first time applying and July 1st is coming up quick!

Well good luck to everybody! I haven’t received anything yet but hopefully we will all hear on the earlier side of 48 hours

I was wondering , how many here are reapplicants?

has anyone attended the nursing success seminar in this chat? If yes does it help with admissions.

I did not. But I did ask an admission director and he said it did not help with admissions.

I have attended the seminar and I was told by Shawna that it would give a boost to your application because we also get a certificate that we attach. It also asks the seminar question on the application so I feel like there is a meaning for that there.

I am a reapplicant previously waitlisted.

For that same reason, I asked because it asked if we had attended a seminar. Well I do not have that boost. What were your stats on previous application and this one?

That would suck considering every time there was a seminar I was working or in class

I was about to say holy smokes! And you were waitlisted! But okay, that makes a little more sense. You will for sure be accepted this time around ?
