Hi all! I wanted to start this forum for potential Samuel Merritt BSN students. I have read over the forums from previous semesters and wanted to create this one for all of us anxiously awaiting the results for admission. This area was created for potential questions, shared experience, and to keep each other updated on any incoming news. I know we still have a couple months before we hear back, but maybe it will ease our minds a bit through discussion.

If anyone is going on the campus tour on October 26th I'll be there!

Congrats to all of you that got in!! Looking forward to seeing you on campus in January!!

For the people on the waitlist, stay positive and keep being optimistic. Also if you guys didn't accepted, i'd still encourage you to reapply but before reapplying , apply and attend SMU's Nursing Success Seminar, definitely increases your chances of acceptance!

Hi,

I'm glade to say that I got accepted to the BSN spring 19, I'm still can't believe since there were times when I doubt myself. Think that I wasn't competitive enough to get into Samuel Merritt. I'm so blessed to have this opportunity.

Never give up or lose hope just keep trying, good luck to everyone.

Hey guys!

I have a question for those how have started the online orientation. After completing it did it show that it was complete on your student portal?

Mine did not show that it was complete. I manually stated that I completed it. Were you able to join our cohort on SMU pulse, because I did not see out cohort listed?

I haven't looked on pulse yet. I haven't even seen when our in person orientation is supposed to be!

Hey everyone! I am Nastasja, I was accepted as well on October 12th! Cant wait to meet you all in January! I am also having trouble with the online orientation, I hope they give us updates soon! If anyone wants to talk or anything my Facebook is Nastasja Wright!
