Hello are you just taking about the Smurf portal and then click financial aid? Or is there another financial aid portal

Yes the snuff portal. But just check your smu email, they will direct you on what to do

There is another area to check financial aid status, documents, etc. You can login to that by visiting SMU Total Access, then "My finances."

Has anyone seen any info for orientation on January 8th? I've been checking the portal but not sure if I'm looking in the right spot.

Hi everyone!

I just got the call today from Shawna letting me know I have been pulled from the waitlist. However, she told me I would not be able to sign up for classes until next week, though. I was just wondering if anyone could give me an idea of what the weekly schedule looks like, and how it was signing up for classes? Thanks in advance, and I look forward to meeting all of you in January.

Thank you! The last email update I had received said I was 2nd on the waitlist. I had started out at 9th. I hope they let you know soon!

Congrats on being accepted. As far as registering and schedule, I will give you mine to get a glimpse. For the first month, only one class , Intro to Professional Nursing, T-F. Then from 2/4 or 2/5, you have classes at SMU for at least two days of the week and then one clinical day. Your clinical location is determined by your address. Hope this helps. Hi, I haven't seen any information regarding the orientation as well. For now, our best bet is to get there at about 8:30 am on January 8th. Perhaps we will be receiving a more detailed email closer to the date.

Did you check out the orientation website? Welcome! | Samuel Merritt University

It says there is an online component as well.
