Congrats @JCstu!! Were you also on the waiting list for the previous cohort?? Sorry for the questions! I'm just nervous and hoping they haven't sent out all acceptances yet! 

Also did you all list Oakland as your first choice?

Thank you! No, it was my ever first time applying to nursing school and this was the only school I applied to!

Hi and thank you! I listed Oakland as my first choice and this was my first time applying. Also, I've heard they send out acceptance letters in waves so there's probably more to come ? 

Stats were: 94% total on HESI, about 200 hours volunteer work (mostly in the hospital some in a community kitchen). 3.9 overall GPA 3.76 science. No health care job experience, I've worked in the hospitality industry for years. I also had a few certifications from allegra learning (they were free to take from SF public library) they have certs in tons of subjects. I completed one for gerontology, one for infectious diseases, and another for nutrition. Also BLS certification

I don't know my GPA but I had all As except English and Anatomy classes (where I got Bs). Had overall 92% HESI. I had no experience in patients care but I had internship at wildlife rehabilitation hospital.

Congratulations to everyone who got acceptance emails! That's amazing news to start your day!! I was wondering if anyone who applied to San Mateo has heard back yet? I'm surprised I haven't heard of any acceptances from there yet, considering some people applied for an April start date.

I applied to San Mateo April as my first choice and haven’t heard back yet...I would have thought we would hear first because it’s so soon but I guess not.
