Sam Houston State University Fall 2021

Hi, I have created this thread for everyone who is applying to Sam Houston State University Fall 2021. I currently take my TEAS exam a month from now. So far my GPA is still improving the goal is a 3.5 overall. I hope my test scores come out to above a B on all sections.

hi, I am also applying for fall 2021, to Shsu and TWU. but I didn't know that UH accepts transfer students? are you sure? Do they accept ? what is the requirements? 

I have an good GPA ... and I am also studying for TEAS... Fingers crossed.  LOL 

But seriously The "UH" surprised me? are you sure that they accept transfer nursing students?

wait Are you trying the Traditional BSN or RN to BSN ?

wait Are you trying the Traditional BSN or RN to BSN ?

I am looking more into UH but Shsu and Twu are the top right now so I don’t know much about UH right now expect the prerequisite and testing requirements. I am doing traditional BSN.

What is the pre reqs and testing reqs for UH? wow I am surprised ... this is new info for me LOL.

It should be located on their college of nursing website under program requirements. The prerequisites are similar to other schools like Sam as well.

Hey, so I looked into the UH pre-reqs and it says that we have to take abt 45 credit courses on UH. so did u take classes in UH? or...

Yikes you have to take it at UH?...No I did not, I am a transfer student. I said I didn’t look into it more than the other schools than the other schools. I only made sure it required the same testing.
