Yay! So I got in!

Does anyone know when they usually do the drug test? I smoked a lil!! I’m nervous! Please help!

I am cohort 18 so a semester above you guys ? The program is a bit disorganized but the teachers are great and really want you to succeed! My best advice is those who got in message each other and get together so u can walk in day one with a study group because a study group is vital for success! I also suggest picmonic if you can swing it the browse body systems category has been an amazing help in Patho. We are halfway through and I have a 96% in the class which isn’t normal so I attribute that to picmonic and an amazing study group. Anyway I wanted to say congratulations and welcome to the next stage of your life

Hi everyone! I was waitlisted last week but found out today that I have been accepted for the nursing program beginning in the spring (Cohort 19). Anyone interested in making a facebook group if there isn't already one? I can always make one. So excited to get to know everyone!!!

You guys can join the cohorts helping cohorts group and the Shsu nursing school has a page otherwise you’ll have to make your own groups specific to your cohort. Once you can gather more who are accepted you’ll also want to set up a GroupMe. Good luck guys!! Also older cohorts don’t bite and will help you out

I was notified last Friday, October 11th that I was picked as an alternate applicant. I just got the letter today, October 17th at like 2pm that I had been picked from the waitlist! I know it is stressful. I kinda just tried to forget about it and check once a day. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! ?

I just requested to join the facebook group "cohorts helping cohorts", but you can add me on facebook! Name: Nicolette Spriggs (cover pic is me with family and my profile pic is just me). I just emailed them the required PDF's so I have not received any further instructions yet.

perfect, gonna send a request! (name is Glory). and ok, i'm freaking out a lil cause it's been almost a week since i found out and sent my PDF's, but they haven't sent anything back ! just hoping they received it lol
