Salary in Seattle

Hi,

I'm moving from Houston to Seattle. Currently I have two job offers : IR at downtown Swedish location and PACU at Virginia Mason in Bellevue. I have a BSN with a background in CVICU (2yrs) and PACU (2 yrs) from the Medical Center in Houston. Considering the cost of living, my experience and education, how much should I negotiate for pay?
